SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

All orders are packaged and posted by me and are generally sent in bulk once a week.

You should expect to receive your good in:

United States 10-21 Days

Within Europe 7-10 Days

Worldwide 10-21 Days

Please note that depending on the postal service and holidays in the destination country, these times may vary slightly and are a guide only.

Returns

If the work is damaged in the mailing process, I will refund or send a new print. Frame doesn't include demade discharge.

Can I order individual artwork from you?

Yes, you can. Please send me more details about your project by email: goda@godapele.com or call me.
How are your artworks printed/mailed/packaged?

Fine to preserve Art Giclée prints are printed on 310gsm German Etching® paper using archival pigment inks. Read about the paper here. More about Giclée. The color in your print: please do not hang or place in direct sunlight. Alternatively, framing with UV resistant glass or acrylic is recommended. All prints are packaged in a silk paper and double plastic mailing envelopes or double tubes.
Can I return my print/original artwork?

Prints or original artworks are non-refundable. Please ask me any questions before you buy. If the work is damaged in the mailing process, we will refund or send a new print.
Can I use a digital version of your artwork on my website/blog/social media account?

As all of my work is covered by copyright, and as such cannot be used or reproduced without my permission. Purchasing a print or original artwork does not entitle you to do so. For commercial, special prints sizes or any other inquiries please contact me. Thank you!
